How do you justify your Childs door being closed when you close your door? What is the balance between your privacy and your children? I know that growing up we were told because I said so and its my house and you will obey my rules or get out! However, that does answer the question as to why you can close your door and your child cannot. What are some healthy proactive information we share with our children about privacy? Privacy according to the dictionary means: 1. a. The quality or condition of being secluded from the presence or view of others. b. The state of being free from unsanctioned intrusion: a persons right to privacy. 2. The state of being concealed; secrecy.
