I will discuss the advice of John Littig and Lynne Rosen who urged listeners of their radio show to act spontaneously. I will discuss the portrayal of Hannibal on The A-Team whose catch phrase was "I just love it when a plan comes together." I will talk about how I learned to act spontaneously and think simultaneously. i will discuss how I used journal writing, essay writing, and especially Twitter to create my mind and my Higher Self out of nothing.
