Is responsibility a libility or an asset? Does responsibility give authority or should those issues be separate? Where do your boarders begin and end? Gary Zukav wrote in his book, The Seat of the Soul, that "Responsibility was for most people equilivant to being caught with your pants down". Most people therefore seem to avoid responsibility. Thats why we also have "insurance". Governments take responsibility- right? We ask if responsibility is really a resource. Maybe its something that grows as the psyche becomes more mature? Maybe this is a part of the evolutionary cycle of time? We will be talking about personal responsibility first, and social responsibility as well as ask the question about responsibility for the environment.
