Attractive, secure, and of course representative of the persons living there. The rich. Everyday across America neighborhoods are not in good shape. Eyesores, insecure, and of course representative of the persons living there. The poor. And everyday across America these neighborhoods are targeted by those who make money off these neighborhoods, both these neighborhoods. There are serious problems in America, brought to us by greed which manifests itself in the poorest of neighborhoods. Because of poverty, there is a spillage of things not so good. These are things that are costly, from our most valuable treasure, lives, to destruction and thief of personal property.
