Time to Get Safe Now - Oct 18,2012

This Get Safe Now warning is early, but only early by one month. We might continue to see gains right up until the election, however, once we have a winner, the real work begins -- in great earnest. The U.S. hits the Debt Ceiling (again) mid-November. There is no reason to believe that the same bipartisan bickering that brought about the first credit downgrade in U.S. history last August 5, 2011 will be any better this year. Last year it cost us 16%. What will it cost us this year?
