You hear and read it everywhere, advice from Women about what Men want, advise from Men about what Women want. Marshall the Host of Marshall said, "Both Men and Women think they know what each other wants or needs, however there is very little communication included in what I consider speculation. I think people are more interested in being right about their perception then they are actually interested in finding out what each other needs or wants. I have stated many times, Men dont know what Women are thinking, and Women dont know what Men are thinking. We need to accept this and start communicating, because if you know what one person thinks you cant apply that to everyone."
