The equation for us to have a full life is this: Love for God + love for yourself and others = YOU WILL LIVE or Refuse to love God, yourself and others = YOU WILL DIE. We are committing suicide in slow motion when we try to live this life without loving. Jesus repeatedly demonstrated that seeking justice for "the other" is an expression of love. His love for his neighbours extended to anyone within reach of his "make a difference" compassion.
